Instructions

  2. Add the sourdough starter and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Cover and let it rise for another 2-3 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
