Delicious and creamy peanut butter fudge.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and butter in a saucepan.
- Heat over low until melted, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips for variation.
