- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
