Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Stir until combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  6. Spread melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
