Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
  5. Combine pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle over filling.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting.
