Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
- Combine pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle over filling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
