Instructions

  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  6. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in the raisins.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
