  • 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
  • 1/4 cup wakame seaweed, rehydrated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp dashi powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a pot until simmering.
  2. Add dashi powder if using and stir to dissolve.
  3. Lower heat and whisk in miso paste until fully dissolved.
  4. Add tofu and seaweed, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in green onions.
  6. Serve immediately.
