This is an easy crockpot chili recipe using McCormick spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Place beef in the crockpot.
  3. Add black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  4. Add chopped onion and green bell pepper.
  5. Stir in McCormick chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

  • Serve with cornbread or rice.
  • Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or green onions if desired.
