This easy crockpot chili recipe uses beef broth for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the beef to the crockpot.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to the crockpot.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve hot.
