- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g chopped nuts (optional)
- 50g dried fruit (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
- Stir in vanilla extract and coconut oil.
- Pour into molds and add nuts or fruit if desired.
- Repeat steps for milk and white chocolate.
- Let set in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Remove from molds and serve.
