Description

Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 150g crushed biscuits
  • 75g melted butter
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a cake tin.
  2. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold chocolate hazelnut spread into the whipped cream.
  4. Spread the mousse over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Serve chilled.
