Ingredients

- 200g chocolate hazelnut spread
- 150g crushed biscuits
- 75g melted butter
- 300ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a cake tin.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold chocolate hazelnut spread into the whipped cream.
- Spread the mousse over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use a springform tin for easy removal.
- Chill the bowl and whisk before whipping cream.
- Garnish with chopped hazelnuts if desired.
