- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
- Can be made a day ahead.
