Description

Soft rolls stuffed with cheddar cheese and flavored with garlic, perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into 8 pieces and flatten each.
  5. Stuff with cheddar cheese, fold, and shape into rolls.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Brush with garlic-parsley butter before serving.
