- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour half the batter over the crust.
- Sprinkle diced apples and cinnamon, then remaining batter.
- Bake 50-55 minutes until set.
- Cool, then top with caramel sauce.
