Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis to create pasta.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add zucchini pasta, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm.
- Top with grated parmesan if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
