- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped nuts or dried fruit to the dough.
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Make sure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the grated zucchini to prevent the cookies from becoming too wet.
