Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and lemon juice to the butter mixture.
- Combine the two mixtures until smooth.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with vanilla pudding.
Notes
- Can substitute lemon juice with orange juice for variation.
