Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and mix well.
  4. Stir in vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add honey or maple syrup and mix.
  6. Gradually add whole wheat flour and stir until just combined.
  7. If using, fold in nuts.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
