A light and airy white chocolate mousse that melts in your mouth. Perfect for any occasion!

- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream, divided
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until no white streaks remain.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream or white chocolate shavings if desired.
