Description
These cookies combine the sweetness of white chocolate with the tartness of cranberries, creating a delightful treat that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Chilling the dough for at least an hour prevents spreading and helps maintain the cookie shape.
