Description
A hearty white bean chicken chili made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place shredded chicken in the crockpot.
- Add white beans, green chilies, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth and add spices.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Top with cheese or avocado if desired.
- Can be frozen for later use.
