- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (adjust based on sweetness preference)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- To serve, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter sorbet, add more agave syrup to taste.
- You can also experiment by adding other fruits, such as strawberries or mint for added flavor.
