- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add Cajun seasoning to the beef and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, Velveeta cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta, Cajun beef, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For extra spice, add a dash of hot sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
