A quick and healthy stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and tofu, tossed in a savory sesame-garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers, stir-fry for 4 minutes.
- Mix garlic, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Pour sauce over vegetables and tofu, stir well.
- Cook for 2 more minutes, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Press tofu before cooking to remove excess water.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste if needed.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
