Description

A quick and healthy stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and tofu, tossed in a savory sesame-garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and bell peppers, stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  4. Mix garlic, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a small bowl.
  5. Pour sauce over vegetables and tofu, stir well.
  6. Cook for 2 more minutes, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • Press tofu before cooking to remove excess water.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste if needed.
  • Add chili flakes for extra heat.
