Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Add chickpeas to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. While chickpeas cook, toss zucchini and bell pepper with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add vegetables to the air fryer for the last 8 minutes of cooking.
  6. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  7. Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
