Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to the butter mixture.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Prepare icing by mixing icing sugar, milk, and food coloring.
- Frost the cake once cooled.
