Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 6-8 minutes for medium-rare.
- Meanwhile, sauté mixed vegetables in butter until tender.
- Deglaze the skillet with red wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve the steaks with vegetables and wine sauce.
