Description
A romantic dinner for two to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add white wine and reduce by half.
- Stir in heavy cream and thyme, then return chicken to the pan.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with your favorite dessert to complete the meal.
