- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both sides of each bread slice.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with chopped shrimp and shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- You can substitute the cheese with any type you prefer.
