Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both sides of each bread slice.
  4. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
