Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki sauce.
  3. Toss mixed greens, red onion, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Top greens with sliced chicken and drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
  5. Serve immediately.
