Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh turmeric root, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine turmeric, ginger, and water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and blend again.
- Transfer to a sterilized jar.
- Store in the refrigerator.
