Description
A refreshing and healthy drink made with turmeric and ginger.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Add turmeric and ginger powders to the boiling water.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon juice to taste.
- Stir well and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- You can use fresh ginger instead of ginger powder.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
