- 1 cup wild rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, uncooked wild rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top the casserole with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
