Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add shredded turkey, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the egg noodles and cook until tender.
- Serve hot.

- Use leftover turkey for best flavor.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
