- 4 cups potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onion and carrots, sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes and chicken broth.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Mix in milk and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
