A healthy turkey meatloaf recipe that is easy to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, egg, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can add additional spices to taste.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
