Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, egg, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
