- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked ground beef and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until heated through.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, seasoned ground beef, and salsa. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of sour cream in the center of the tortilla.
- Add a portion of the chicken and beef mixture on top of the sour cream.
- Top with shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
