Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked ground beef and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until heated through.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, seasoned ground beef, and salsa. Mix well.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of sour cream in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add a portion of the chicken and beef mixture on top of the sour cream.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
