Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. While the turkey cooks, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  5. Drain the green beans and sauté with sliced almonds in a pan until golden.
  6. In a saucepan, combine cranberries and brown sugar, cook until cranberries burst.
