Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Rosemary – 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Almonds – 1 cup, sliced
- Cranberries – 1 cup, fresh

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While the turkey cooks, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Drain the green beans and sauté with sliced almonds in a pan until golden.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries and brown sugar, cook until cranberries burst.
- Serve the turkey with green beans and cranberry sauce.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
