Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by sautéing celery and onion in butter.
  3. Add stuffing mix, broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  6. Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the foil in the last hour to brown the skin.
  8. Prepare mashed potatoes and green beans while the turkey cooks.
