Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, carrots, red cabbage, cucumbers, cilantro, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve immediately.

- Add grilled chicken or tofu for extra protein.
