Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, carrots, red cabbage, cucumbers, cilantro, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Serve immediately.
