- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, and ginger for 2 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the pan with teriyaki sauce.
- Return beef to the pan and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
