Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
  3. Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, and ginger for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the pan with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Return beef to the pan and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
