Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season redfish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
  6. Return fish to the skillet, spooning sauce over it.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
