- 2 redfish fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season redfish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
- Return fish to the skillet, spooning sauce over it.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
