Ingredients

- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the frozen tater tots to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine cornflakes and melted butter.
- Spread the cornflake mixture evenly over the tater tots.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
- Use low-fat sour cream for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
