- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until combined.
- Mix in the frozen mixed vegetables, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with a layer of shredded cheese.
- Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a spicier dish, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
