- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top the mixture with the tater tots, arranging them in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
