  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  4. Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top the mixture with the tater tots, arranging them in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
