Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp salsa
- 1 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice butter-side down in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on the bread.
- Add the cooked ground beef mixed with taco seasoning.
- Top with salsa, sour cream, and remaining cheese.
- Place the second bread slice on top, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve hot.

- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- Add extra toppings like jalapeños or avocado if desired.
