Description

- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp kirsch (cherry brandy)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh bread, for dipping
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- Pour in the wine and heat over medium heat.
- Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring constantly.
- Mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the pot.
- Add lemon juice and pepper, stirring until smooth.
- Serve with fresh bread for dipping.
