  • 200g Gruyère cheese
  • 300ml dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
  2. In a bowl, mix grated Emmental and Gruyère cheeses with cornstarch.
  3. Pour white wine and lemon juice into the pot and heat gently.
  4. When warm, gradually add the cheese mixture, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve hot with bread cubes for dipping.
