- 1 pound Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 French baguette, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little wine until smooth.
- In the pot, combine wine and lemon juice; heat until simmering.
- Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly until melted.
- Add cornstarch mixture, nutmeg, and pepper; stir until smooth.
- Serve with baguette cubes for dipping.
