Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour half the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Reserve the remaining marinade for basting.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve hot with extra sauce.

- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Use fresh pineapple juice for best results.
